Automation control systems are big commitments. They can be better than your best dreams, they can also become your worst nightmare. Choosing the right company to design, install and program your system can make all the difference. We are proud of our experience and history.
David started in this industry working for Audio Advice in 2000. A major residential automation business in Raleigh, NC. He spent almost four years there programming AMX and Crestron systems. He did programming in AMX's Landmark and Netlinx systems and Crestron systems using Simpl windows and Simpl+.
He left Audio Advice in 2004 and created a partnership that encompassed every aspect of system construction; which included doing designs, prewiring, installation, programming, and testing. After two years he decided to go solo and concentrate strictly on the programming. That is when he created All in One Control.
Here is a list of some of the projects we have done (click on letters to enlarge):
Mr. Ledbetter is one of our first customers. He has a beautiful historic home in California. When decided to modernize his home he chose to work with us and has been happy with his control ever since. He can control his HVAC, security, whole house A/V, pool, and irrigation from one Crestron touchpanel. See pictures of it here, and try a demo of his design here.
Ron is a customer who has a story we hear often. "I hired someone to install and program a very large Crestron system into my multimillion dollar home. They took way too long, wanted way too much money, and never did meet my expectations." We are happy to say that since he hired us he is completely happy. View pictures of his panels here, or run a demo of it here.
Sean is the customer that keeps me on my toes. He loves testing the latest and greatest of all the toys. The iPhone said they will soon be doing Crestron and he has already been cracking the whip asking when it will be done. This is also the system with instant country wide weather at his finger tips. View pictures of his panels here, or run a demo of it here.
We also program systems for businesses. Strategic Connections is one company we work with. They install systems and bring us into program them. We have worked with them on several projects. Mainly boardroom type of systems. With Strategic Connections we programmed the "war room" for Fidelity Investments here in Raleigh. They were so pleased they paid for David to travel to Boston and repeat the programming in a "war room" at that facility.

Working with CEI David has recently finished programming several rooms in the new NAVCC facility. This is part of the Library of Congress and is the facility the federal government is using to copy and store any and all forms of media they can get. There are several Crestron controlled board rooms, a Listening room, a Multipurpose room, and a large multi-projector Theater.
North Carolina Central University recently upgraded
several classrooms to smart classrooms. Working with Storm Communications we
installed and programmed several rooms to function the same. This was not as
easy as it may sound because we were required to mimic existing smart classrooms
and the source code was missing. We did extensive testing on the existing
classrooms and created accurate designs. We then use those for the four new
classrooms. When the project was complete an orientation class was given and
several faculty members noted how the new rooms ran just like the older rooms.
The "Maverick" is an 85 foot yacht that has
several TVs, audio in every room, music and movie servers, XM, Sat, FM, and an
iPod dock. All connected and being controlled by a custom AMX system. We were once
again brought in late on the project. The boat took five years to build and went
thru two different audio/video installers, and two separate programmers. We learned of the
project three weeks before David completed the programming and testing. Just in time
for the boat to travel to it's final home in Florida.
